Delete your Velolog account

You can delete your Velolog account and the data tied to it whenever you want — from inside the app, or by request here if you can't sign in.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Velolog and go to My Account.
  2. Tap Account & Data → Delete My Account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account then enters a 48-hour cancellation window — change your mind in that time and nothing is lost. After it passes, your account and data are permanently deleted.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't sign in, email us at from the email address linked to your Velolog account, with the subject "Delete my Velolog account." We'll confirm it's you and complete the deletion. We respond within 30 days.

Before you delete

If you bought a subscription outside Google Play (for example on the web or via Apple), please cancel it first. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are cancelled automatically when your account is deleted.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • your profile and sign-in details;
  • your connection to Strava, intervals.icu or Wahoo, and their access tokens;
  • your bikes, components, and their settings;
  • your maintenance logs and notes;
  • your imported and manually entered rides;
  • your notification preferences and app activity.

What we keep

To confirm the deletion happened, we keep a single anonymized record that contains no personal information and cannot be linked back to you. We do not retain any other personal data, except where the law requires us to keep limited records — and then only for as long as the law requires.
